This really depends on your insurance provider and the specific plan you have. We see some of our customers get reimbursed for our entire service, some get half reimbursed, and others not at all. We do not deal directly with insurance. We provide you with all of our diagnostic and treatment codes to submit to your insurance.

The cost can really vary. If you are doing it yourself, you need to factor in all of your time. Time is money. You need to balance out that time with the fact that you might or might not still have lice.  If you are using a professional lice service, the prices can really range from hourly rates to flat rates.  Hourly providers can be less or more depending on the length of hair and level of infestation. Our clinics charge a flat rate of $175 per treatment, $165 for teachers and educators, and a flat rate of $155 per treatment for 3 treatments or more
