Clinic Operating Hours:
Because we are an urgent care service, all appointments should be requested and will be booked within 24 hours or less of your desired appointment date.
Do-It-Yourself urgent care lice removal preventative and treatment products are available for drive by pick up 24 hours a day. Call us at 800-920-LICE to arrange for a drive by after hours pick up of product.
Customer Care Operating Hours
- Customer care phone operating hours are from 7am to 9pm seven days a week. For appointment requests, you can complete and submit our appointment request form anytime within 24 hours or less of your desired appointment and we will confirm your appointment time by text.
Clinic operating hours can vary by day depending on how busy or not we are that day.
- For weekdays, our first available treatment appointment is 10:30am and our last available treatment appointment is 5:30pm.
- If we get your appointment request by 12pm on a weekday, it is highly likely we will be able to get you in that same day. If we get your request after 12pm on a weekday, we may still be able to get you in that same day depending on how busy we are that particular day but we will always be able to get you in by the next day.
- For weekends, our first available treatment appointment is 9:30am and our last available appointment is 3pm.
- If we get your appointment request by 11am on a weekend, it is highly likely we will be able to get you in that same day. If we get your request after 11am, we may still be able to get you in that same day depending on how busy we are that particular day but we will always be able to get you in by the next day.
